Tracking Information

When tracking is available, a tracking number or shipment update will be sent by email after your order has been shipped.

Delays

VOLUME PERFECT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect delivery information, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control. We will always do our best to help you locate your package.

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to change it after processing begins. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.
